From year two onwards — no setup costs, same maintenance budget — you take home an estimated £6,364 per year.
Maintenance and repairs are not included in our management fee. Most landlords budget around 5–10% of annual rent for repairs — on a £650 pcm property that’s roughly £390–£780 per year. We use £500 in the example above as a mid-point estimate. Any works are always quoted and approved by you before we instruct a contractor.
All fees are subject to VAT at the current rate. Anything additional will always be discussed with you first.
